Pregnant women doing yoga

Pre-Natal Yoga

6 Week Series

Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm

July session - July 8 - 29
August session - August 5 - 26

Our Prenatal Yoga classes support expecting mothers through every stage of pregnancy. With gentle, safe postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, these classes help ease common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, swelling, and fatigue, while building strength, flexibility, and stamina.

These classes are best experienced as a consecutive series, but drop-ins are welcome.

Prenatal yoga promotes better sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, and encourages proper breathing to prepare for labor and delivery. It also supports improved circulation and helps maintain healthy posture as your body changes. Maintaining movement and staying active throughout pregnancy is essential. Our prenatal classes are here to support your wellness journey while connecting you with a community of fellow parents-to-be.

We are so excited to announce Soul's first Youth Day Camps! Thoughtfully designed for two age groups, 5-8 and 9-13, this 5-half-day camp will include yoga asana & simple meditation practices, mindfulness activities, outdoor adventures, arts & crafts, games, acro yoga, meaningful connections including leadership opportunities for the older group, and tons of laughter. Our goal is to create a camp experience that feels playful and exciting, while also gently introducing children to tools that support confidence, emotional wellness, self-awareness, and healthy expression in the real world.

The camps are co-facilitated by two incredible leaders who specialize in youth programming. Kayla Gissing — retired preschool teacher, yoga teacher, children’s book author, and youth yoga teacher trainer. Alongside Jenna Vasiliaskas — CBE junior high teacher, yoga teacher, and youth mental health specialist. Together, they bring a beautiful balance of creativity, care, experience, and energy to the program. Whether your child is outgoing or shy, energetic or sensitive, this camp is intended to help every child feel welcomed.

Please pack a lunch, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and anything your child may need for outdoor activities. We can’t wait to spend the afternoons making memories, building friendships, and helping kids leave feeling empowered, grounded, and inspired.
