Yoga for Strength, Confidence, and Connection
Our Youth Yoga programs meet kids and teens where they’re at, offering classes that nurture both physical strength and emotional well-being. With two focuses built into one class - Mighty for athletic performance and Mindful for emotional connection, these programs help youth build confidence, mobility, focus, and inner calm.
Whether your child is an athlete, a deep feeler, or simply curious to try something new, we’re here to support their growth. Classes are split into ages 8–12 and 13–17, creating age-appropriate spaces where youth can stretch, breathe, connect, and thrive.
OUR YOUTH PROGRAMS
Mighty & Mindful Youth Yoga
These fun, empowering youth classes combine dynamic, strength-building movement with mindful, calming practices, supporting both the physical and emotional well-being of kids and teens.
The first half of class takes a Mighty approach, focusing on strength, mobility, agility, flexibility, and body awareness through energizing, challenging, and playful movement.
The second half of class shifts into a Mindful focus, guiding students inward with grounding practices, gentle stretches, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques.
Together, Mighty & Mindful Youth Yoga helps kids and teens build strength, resilience, self-awareness, and self-worth, so they can move through the world feeling confident, balanced, and grounded.
