Yoga for Strength, Confidence, and Connection
Our Youth Yoga programs meet kids and teens where they’re at, offering classes that nurture both physical strength and emotional well-being. With two distinct streams, Mighty for athletic performance and Mindful for emotional connection, these programs help youth build confidence, mobility, focus, and inner calm.
Whether your child is an athlete, a deep feeler, or simply curious to try something new, we’re here to support their growth. Classes are split into ages 8–12 and 13–17, creating age-appropriate spaces where youth can stretch, breathe, connect, and thrive.

Youth Yoga for Sports Performance (Mighty)
Mighty Yogis: Ages 8-12
Mighty Youth: Ages 13-17
These youth classes are designed with a sports performance approach to yoga, focusing on mobility, agility, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and breathwork. Perfect for young athletes or active teens, these sessions build the foundations of physical resilience and mental focus.
While the classes follow a traditional yoga structure—beginning with grounding and breathwork and ending with a calming savasana—the classes are dynamic, challenging, and fun. Expect energizing movement that supports athletic performance while also teaching tools for recovery, injury prevention, and mindful body connection.
Whether your child is involved in sports or simply enjoys movement, Mighty Yogis and Mighty Youth are a powerful way to support their physical and mental wellness.


Youth Yoga for Self-Esteem (Mindful)
Mindful Yogis: Ages 8-12
Mindful Youth: Ages 13-17
These fun and empowering classes are designed to help kids and teens build emotional awareness, confidence, and inner strength, all through the practice of yoga. With a focus on emotional regulation, students will explore tools for understanding and managing anxiety or stress, boosting self-esteem, and navigating big feelings with more ease.
Classes include a mix of breathwork, grounding practices, gentle stretches, and strengthening postures—all woven into traditional yoga class structure. Students will also learn to name and understand their emotions, connect with others in a supportive community, and tap into the energetic side of yoga in a playful and approachable way.
Mindful Yogis and Mindful Youth help kids build a strong foundation of self-awareness, resilience, and self-worth so they can step confidently into the world, grounded in who they are!
