Created with care for new and expectant mothers, our Nurture Series includes Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga (babies stay at home), and Baby & Me Yoga (babies welcome!). Whether you’re preparing to welcome your little one, recovering and reconnecting with yourself post-birth, or easing into movement with baby by your side — we’re here to hold space for you.

Please note that all our programs require pre-registration. Whether you’re signing up for a full series or a single class, payments must be completed online in advance. OUR PRENATAL & POSTNATAL PROGRAMS

Pre-Natal Yoga
Tuesdays @ 6:30 PM
Our Prenatal Yoga classes support expecting mothers through every stage of pregnancy. With gentle, safe postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, these classes help ease common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, swelling, and fatigue, while building strength, flexibility, and stamina.
These classes are best experienced as a consecutive session, but drop-ins are welcome.
Prenatal yoga promotes better sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, and encourages proper breathing to prepare for labor and delivery. It also supports improved circulation and helps maintain healthy posture as your body changes. Maintaining movement and staying active throughout pregnancy is essential. Our prenatal classes are here to support your wellness journey while connecting you with a community of fellow parents-to-be.

Post Natal Yoga
Mondays @ 7:00 PM
Our postnatal classes provide a quiet, supportive space for new mothers to reconnect with their bodies and themselves. With a focus on rebuilding core strength and pelvic floor health, these sessions help promote healing, improve posture, and relieve stress.
Designed to nurture your body after childbirth, our classes encourage mindful movement and gentle stretching, allowing you to restore balance, increase vitality, and embrace this important phase of recovery.
They are best experienced as a consecutive series, with classes scheduled in 6-week intervals and a week break in between. Joining at the start of a session allows you to experience the long-lasting benefits of steady progressions and layered learning.
It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other moms navigating the same stage of life, sharing support and community along the way.

Baby & Me Yoga
Tuesdays @ 1:30 PM and
Thursdays @ 10:00 AM
Babies are always welcome in these gentle, nurturing classes designed for new parents and their little ones. It’s a wonderful way to begin moving your body again after pregnancy, while fostering a deeper connection with your baby through mindful movement and touch.
These sessions offer a calm, safe, and supportive space to bond, relax, and rejuvenate together. You’ll also have the chance to connect with other parents, sharing experiences and building a community of support.
The class incorporates gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and soothing movements that benefit both parent and baby, helping to improve circulation, relieve tension, and promote emotional well-being. As always, core & pelvic floor work will be incorporated. Baby & Me Yoga is a joyful way to nurture yourself and your little one.
